Product Description :Starowall Protect U.V. without cracking, peeling or turning yellow. It is further cross linked and has good resistance to alkalies and mild acids and solvents. It is designed to provide rich, lustrous, very smooth flexible and tough film to provide hygienic surface. Starowall Protect has an turn soft even under prolonged immersion in water and at the same time has excellent reverse osmosis allowing water trapped in the substrate to evaporate. It is sin excellent water resistance, weathering resistance, extra ordinary adhesiveness, fast drying and very good breathing properties

Method of Application :
● Surface Preparation : The performance of the coating is very much dependent on the degree of surface preparation. The concrete surface should be thoroughly cleaned to remove all loose particles laitance and old paint, if any. Ensure that wall is protected from ingress of water undergone full cure of 28 days. The surface should be levelled properly using wall putty to ensure hard and smooth surface. Sand the levelled surface using fine emery paper to smoothness.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTION : Stir the contents of the drum containing the material thoroughly to disperse settled material if any.

COVERAGE : Coverage depends upon the nature of the surface to be applied.But an average, smooth surface will give approx.80 to 100 sq.ft per coat.

Storage & Self Life:
It should be kept in a cool, well ventilated area, away from heat, direct sunlight, sparks and children. Use the mix solution within the pot life time.Non hazardous. If ingested, seek medical help immediately

Handling & Safety
Observe reasonable care and employ ordinary hygienic principles such as washing the hands with soap and water before eating or smoking. It is recommended to wear gloves, goggles and nose masks while application. Incase of splashes on the skin, dampen the cloth with thinner and wipe the hands with the cloth. Wash then with soap and water. Dried film is non toxic.
